Dear Reader/ friends apart from the above problems we are facing, there is peace, joy , freedom of worship missionaries come in Uganda from different nations of the world to see Ugandan’s people, Tour, and also serve God. Doors are widely open, A missionary 100 years ago said "Uganda the pearl of Africa the scenery is different our climate, hospitality from people is worthy a living a country where many people all over the world admire to visit and stay".
Generally it is a beautiful land with many rivers and lakes, hills and mountains, jungles, outstretched plains.
African wildlife is abundant in many areas English is the national official language, but many of the people speak Luganda, Swahili and other languages depending on the tribe where some one comes from. The people of Uganda are in need of the Gospel, (seminars Revival conferences, and crusades, also aid in various forms over half of the population is under the age 20 due to the high volume of AIDS cases, and past wars effects, Believers here need Bible schools, or colleges to be built for strong effective ministries, they need Bible, Teaching, study books, and children ministry materials. EQUATOR LOCATION IN UGANDA.
The Republic of Uganda is a landlocked country in East Africa. It is bordered on the east by Kenya, on the north by Sudan, on the west by the Democratic Republic of the Congo, on the southwest by Rwanda, and on the south by Tanzania. The southern part of the country includes a substantial portion of Lake Victoria, which is also bordered by Kenya and Tanzania.
Uganda takes its name from the Buganda kingdom, which encompassed a portion of the south of the country including the capital Kampala. Half of the population of the country lives below the international poverty line of US$1.25 a day.
